These terms govern use of this site and the commissioning of casts from OSSA. By submitting an inquiry you agree to them.

Nature of the goods

All OSSA pieces are casts — faithful reproductions in resin and fibreglass composite. They are not fossils or excavated material, and are not represented as such. We do not deal in genuine fossils.

Commissions

Each piece is made to order. [Confirm: quotes, deposits, production stages, lead times, changes, cancellation of made-to-order work.]

Pricing & payment

Pieces are priced privately on inquiry. [Confirm payment stages, methods, taxes, currency.]

Delivery, installation & risk

[Confirm delivery terms, installation scope, transfer of risk and title, insurance.]

Intellectual property

Site content, imagery, and 3D models are the property of OSSA or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Casts are produced from licensed master moulds.

Liability & governing law

[Confirm limitation of liability and governing law / jurisdiction.]
